Cracked Skin on The Feet

Dehydrated dry skin of the feet can lead to cracks and fissures in the skin of the feet. The cracks can be “feather-like” or can be deep when set in callus or hard skin. If feet are left moist from excess sweating the skin can also become weakened and cause cracks and fissures.

How To Prevent Cracked Skin

Keeping the skin of the feet exfoliated and hydrated will help prevent cracks in the skin. Use a foot file to reduce hard skin build-up and use a daily foot moisturiser. If you suffer from excessive sweating of the feet ensure you change your socks and shoes often and keep your feet clean and dry.

How to Treat Cracked Skin

Use our Professional Foot File once or twice a week before you have a bath or shower to reduce both hard skin and dry skin. Treat cracks or fissures in the skin with the Cracked Heel Treatment Balm, using it twice a day. If you have hygiene issues and excessive sweating use the foot powder throughout the day and the Foot Hygiene Cream at night before you go to bed. Thereafter, use the Intensive Hydrating Foot Lotion as your daily foot product to help prevent hard skin build-up, and keep the feet soft, silky, illuminated, and light!
