It can also be used to remove corns from the joints of the toes and under the metatarsal heads, as well as removing hard skin on the tip of the toes.
The file comes with four pads (two on either side of the file and two replacement pads), which last approximately three months each. The stainless-steel body lasts a lifetime and has a long handle for ease of use.

This scrub will remove layers of dead, dry skin and callus while softening, brightening, and rehydrating the feet. Ground bamboo stem is a natural, non-irritating exfoliant and is rich in silica, which helps strengthen and condition the feet and nails.
Buriti and jojoba oils, which are anti-inflammatory, anti-ageing, and antioxidant-rich, help rehydrate, soothe, and restore moisture levels and suppleness.
Turmeric extract provides antibacterial and antifungal benefits, removes impurities, and combats inflammation. With the fresh, delicate scent of Bergamot and a light, whipped texture, the scrub brightens and evens out the skin tone for healthy-looking, beautiful feet. It is free from harmful chemicals, preservatives, and animal ingredients.

To use, apply a small amount to clean and dry feet, massaging directly onto the cracks or any rough patches, including between the toes. For best results, incorporate the balm into your daily routine, applying it once or twice a day. It can be used all over the feet for its moisturising and hydrating benefits.
Caution:
In case of contact with eyes, rinse with clean water. Wash hands after use. May cause bare foot slippage. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
Use on dry feet before you have a bath or shower, on areas of thickened, calloused or dehydrated skin. Concentrate on the heels, the balls of the feet, beside the big toe and weight-bearing areas. Use twice a week. Wash after use with a damp nail brush and dab dry. Once worn, peel back and dispose of old pads and replace with new self-adhesive pads by pressing firmly into position on the file.

Cautions
Do not use on open skin, do not overuse, do not grip the file too tightly, and keep it out of the reach of children.
Apply a small amount of product to damp feet and massage into the skin, paying attention to the heels and any areas of callus. Rinse with lukewarm water. For best results, use twice weekly.
