Margaret Dabbs® London in the Press: April 2020

Praise has been pouring into Margaret Dabbs® London HQ over the last few weeks from journalists, critics and media outlets, with a range of our products receiving acclaim. We’ve put together this roundup to bring you all of the rave reviews in one place. Here are the Margaret Dabbs London products the press has been loving lately.

Glowing reviews for our hand and feet products

As the country steps up its hand care regime, our luxury hand sanitiser and hand scrub have been highlighted by media outlets as favourites, and our feet products have had glowing reviews too.

Hello! featured our exfoliating hand scrub in their Hello! Loves piece as one of their ‘favourite things’ and GQ said the Margaret Dabbs® London Hand Sanitiser was one of the best hand sanitisers to use to keep bacteria at bay. In the GQ article, it was explained that the product leaves hands refreshed and hydrated, and the 65% alcohol content is a proven effective means of killing harmful germs and bacteria. The article also pointed out the hand sanitiser’s pleasant fragrance, noting the refreshing scents of mandarin and geranium.

Sheerluxe created an article around how to treat cracked heels and dry feet and featured our Cracked Heel Balm as one of the best products to use.

DIY at home mani / pedis

With the country being in lockdown and people unable to go to salons for their usual appointments, at home mani/pedis are what everybody is talking about.
The Telegraph featured the Margaret Dabbs® London Crystal Nail file in a piece on DIY pedicures. They describe the product as ‘the Rolls-Royce of nail files’ saying it’s kind, but highly efficient. They also credited our professional foot file, describing it as an essential for your DIY kit.

The foot file has proven to be highly popular with it also being featured by Grazia, Harpers Bazaar and GQ. Harpers Bazaar says that using the foot file will elevate the experience and results, and GQ says ‘Margaret Dabbs has designed a foot file that will remove hard skin and callus build-up effectively, immediately, and safely’.

Elsewhere, Hip and Healthy feature The Perfect Home Pedicure Set in their piece around how to give yourself a social-distancing spa day in lockdown. They describe the pedicure set as a ‘total lifesaver’ for your feet.

Onto the at home manicures – Vogue created a piece around ways to ace the at-home mani and used our Nourishing Nail & Cuticle Serum Pen as a good option to help keep the polish and nail plate more flexible and to help prevent chips.

The crystal nail file has been featured in the press again but this time it’s the mini version by The Telegraph in their piece around how to do the perfect manicure.
